Heinke is a Food and Agribusiness Project Specialist with hands on agricultural experience from a beef farm in Germany and a tillage/sheep farm in Australia. She has an MSc in Food Business Strategy from UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, Ireland in addition to a BA in International Business & Management from Hochschule Bochum, Germany.
Heinke’s present work centres around supporting business development, research and client engagement at Farrelly & Mitchell. She is highly active in project management, tendering, consulting and client management for the business.
Prior to joining Farrelly & Mitchell, she worked in supply chain management for General Mills, Dublin, an international food manufacturer and marketer selling well-known brands such as Yoplait, Häagen Dazs, Nature Valley, Old El Paso and Betty Crocker.
There she scheduled and prioritised inbound deliveries based on capacity in warehouse, availability of hauliers and urgency of load, managed all day-to-day communications with various external and internal stakeholders and ran daily reports ensuring sufficient stock on hand and monitored inbound deliveries across ambient, chilled and frozen brands.
