Grace is Director of Commercial & Technical Services at Farrelly Mitchell’s Dublin office. With 30 years of international experience in the food, drink and agribusiness industries, Grace has worked in consulting on areas including strategic planning, value chain management, operation models, consumer, trade and market insight, brand innovation and business start up, scale up and growth plans.
Grace is a specialist in the consumer industry, having worked across all channels and sectors including bakery, dairy, brewing, distilling, confectionery, coffee, functional foods, eggs, meat and snacks, in Europe, Ireland, and the UK. She is also a Board Member of the Agri-Food Regulator in Ireland, whose aim is to promote fairness and transparency of the supply chain.
Previously, Grace has worked with PwC (Strategy Team) and as an independent consultant working in the agrifood sector in Ireland for fifteen years.
Her industry experience comes from her commercial and marketing management roles with FMCG companies – Heineken, Hovis and Glanbia for 12 years.
Grace’s educational qualifications include MSc Digital Marketing & Data Analytics, BSc Food Business, Dip, Food Science & Technology.
